Rowena Byrne-Jones joined Teceris on 2nd January as Head of Complex Liability.

Having qualified as a barrister, Rowena entered the world of insurance with Commercial Union, before moving into adjusting in 1998. Since that time she has specialised in the investigation and conduct of complex and catastrophic personal injury claims including single and multiple fatalities, paralysis, cognitive impairment and psychiatric injury cases, occurring in a wide range of industries, including construction and engineering, automotive and general industrial processes. In addition, Rowena has significant experience in Local Authority risks, particularly in the educational arena. She also specialises in the investigation and conduct of public liability claims, including hot working fires and pollution.
