Teceris’ focus is on Corporate and Commercial claims and so we understand the devastating effect the past week of flooding is having on thousands of businesses in Northern & Central regions of the UK.

We have set up Major Incident Response teams in Leeds and Birmingham to enable us to be at hand to help existing and new clients manage their losses and assist them in getting back to business as soon as possible.

We also understand the need to be available to answer any questions you may have in connection with your loss. Where Teceris is instructed to handle your claim we will provide you with contact details to enable you to speak directly with your nominated adjuster. Our publication, Major Loss Claims Process- a guideline for policyholders  gives detailed information on the claims process.
