Teceris have received instructions in connection with the claim from BAA for loss and damage following the major incident at Heathrow airport on Thursday 17 January when a Boeing 777 made an emergency landing just inside the eastern perimeter of the airport site. The British Airways flight BA038 from Beijing is believed to have suffered a loss of power in the latter stages of the approach to the runway and was safely brought to ground on the grass apron between the perimeter fence and the runway.

The claim is being led for Teceris by Peter Chart, Head of the Partnership Board.
