Tom has joined the Birmingham team as a trainee adjuster following 14 years claims experience with two large national Insurers. He specialised in domestic property claims and claims of a technical nature with Legal & General, this included large fire, flood and theft claims. Tom also assisted in setting up a Fraud team at Legal & General which concentrated on a new cognitive interviewing technique to detect potentially fraudulent claims. Tom also spent four years at Direct Line Insurance dealing with motor and third party claims.
