TCM and Advanced Verification Solutions (Chris Wright and Richard Sheridan) have been invited to chair a workshop at the forthcoming IRM Risk Forum to be held on 15-17 September 2008 at the University of Hertford, Hatfield, UK.

Topics covered will focus on Voice Risk Analysis and how to identify and fastrack genuine claimants. Having the tools to allow early identification of genuine claimants provides a fast-track process which significantly improves service and reduces overall costs.

The workshop will demonstrate how voice risk analysis is used as part of a phone based risk assessment process in order to achieve this, whilst additionally identifying and managing “high risk” cases requiring more detailed verification.
