Teceris Executive Consulting (TEC) is a Division of Teceris Corporate & Complex Adjusting and, by demand, has been formed to meet the needs of those insurers and re-insurers who wish to review the handling of substantial losses by the adjusting team or experts appointed.

There are claims where, as a co-insurer or re-insurer faced with a substantial loss, you need the assurance that the appointed adjusters or experts are:-

• Properly resourced in terms of expertise, including in overseas CAT situations
• Motivated throughout the claims process to ensure any potential exposure is minimised and entirely within the terms and conditions of the policy

We can undertake a full review of all aspects of the handling of the loss. All the members of TEC are highly experienced in handling losses in the UK and abroad and are able to provide impartial, highly professional, sensitive and, as appropriate, politically astute advice on large and complex losses.

Local pressures and commercial influences may give the following market or re-insurers concerns, or reserve changes may be seen as an indication of a lack of proper control or direction.

For any significant loss in the UK or abroad where you require such a review you will want to:-

• Ensure your interests are protected in a sensitive, professional and pro-active manner
• Have a high-profile, industry leading and recognised adjuster representing your interests with the knowledge and experience to influence decisions when required
• Have confidence your adjuster has a comprehensive technical knowledge and support to ensure a dynamic and pro-active resolution of the claim is achieved, minimising your exposure, often in a highly sensitive environment.
