The reason we are nominated loss adjusters for many large corporates and also on the panel of all the main insurers for major and complex claims is simple. We specialise. Large claims are rarely straightforward and need the focus of dedicated professionals who are both qualified and experienced. Only then does an insurance claim get the attention that its commercial value demands.

Our teams will include a chartered loss adjuster or a professionally qualified accountant, lawyer or engineer, often a combination of all these. Many of our adjusters have dual qualifications. Every one of our teams has the authority to bring in any added expertise if and when it is needed.

Our guiding principle is the provision of undiluted expertise, bringing quality judgements to bear on problems which could make or break a business. Ours is not a team which sets the claims process into motion, makes a report and then hands it over to others. Ours is a team which picks up the claim and runs with it to the finishing line. We believe in and deliver professional claims adjusting not mechanical claims processing.

We understand that penny wise is not always the most sensible and cost effective route for either the insurer or the insured. There are times when original and at first sight expensive solutions are the most sensible and cost effective. We encourage innovative and commercial thinking to achieve the best result for all parties.

That does not mean we lose sight of either the cover specified in the insurance contract or the technical issues which are vital in any claim. What it means is that we handle commercial claims in a commercial way. That is, managing financial exposure, keeping costs under control, and getting the policy holder back into business in a shorter rather than a longer time frame.
