In response to the demands of corporate clients we have expanded the proposition recently with the development of Teceris Claims Management.

Whilst our offering is not a commoditised service, clients do selectively require our services on lower value claims where we can add value to their own service. These lower value claims benefit from the application of the ‘top down’ approach within Teceris.

Fully integrated within the Teceris proposition, our liability service offers clients the benefits of true multi-disciplinary expertise with access to accountancy, surveying and other disciplines to provide a holistic and self contained capability.

Our global reach through the medium of vrs universe enables us to manage claims with cross border exposure which are now increasingly more prevalent particularly in the area of product liability.

Whilst emphasising the technical resolution of claims we also encourage our adjusters to apply appropriate measures of commerciality commensurate with our clients’ requirements.

In addition to developing our technical and functional capabilities across relevant disciplines we also foster within our staff the development of industry sector expertise. We focus on a discrete selection of sectors that sees our staff developing their knowledge and expertise in areas such as Utilities, Construction, Property Investors, Chemicals, Local Government (including Education) and others.

Our clients are typically those who have a strong presence in the commercial insurance sector and who themselves take pride in their own technical expertise. They like to retain an involvement in their own claims, which we welcome, working in partnership with us to agree the correct tactical approach and technical and commercial resolution. This partnership approach helps to build relationships that extend beyond the transactional processing of individual claims to longer term alliances with mutual benefits around proposition development and knowledge sharing.
