David Toothill, a complex and major loss adjuster at our Glasgowoffice was elected President of the Insurance Society of Edinburgh (ISE) at the AGM in April 2006

  

David will be representing over 1300 members of the ISE, one of the oldest local institutes, at official functions including sessional meetings, the annual dinner (November 2006), awards ceremony,  together with numerous dinners at neighbouring insurance institutes and other professional bodies. David’s Deputy President is Jane McCarthy of Bruce Stevenson Risk Management Ltd.

  

David is a longstanding member of Teceris staff, having started work at McLarens Edinburgh office in 1990, then managing the Perth  office before moving to the Scotland  and Northern Ireland  Major Loss Team in 1999 following various stints on catastrophe work abroad.
